Push-in heat treatment furnace characteristics
1. The lining of the tempering furnace is made of fiber material, which can heat up quickly, keep good heat preservation and save energy.
2. Advanced structure, bright surface of parts, no oxidation after heat treatment, uniform hardness, stable structure, small deformation.
3. With the exception of feeding and finished product transportation, almost all operations are carried out through hydraulic and mechanical actions, with high degree of automation, high efficiency and labor saving.
4. The heater of the temperature-regulating furnace adopts the electric radiant tube, which is convenient for maintenance. In case of failure of the radiant tube during normal operation, it can be replaced immediately without stopping the machine, so as to ensure the continuous production.
