Working principle of pulse hot press:


A 2000W transformer is used to generate a large current with low voltage, which is heated rapidly through the welding joint. Pulse current refers to the ratio of ON and OFF frequencies of the current. The larger the pulse ratio is, the larger the current output is, and the faster the welding joint is heated.


Working process of pulse hot press:


Place the workpiece in a fixture (vacuum can be activated to secure it if necessary). Send the fixture to the welding joint, press the double start button, the workpiece is pressed under the welding joint (start heating), the temperature rises rapidly according to the input parameters and the accurate constant temperature, up to 4 temperature zones (at this time, the soldering tin backflow), the blowing cooling (soldering tin solidification), the welding joint rises (finished).

Hot press welding machine welding is the use of various fusible alloys (solder) to join the metal parts of the process. The welding process generally includes:

4, cooling and complete the melting of metal and solder.
