4) The lubricating oil in the hydrostatic oil tank of high-precision cylindrical grinder is composed of 30% 20% mechanical oil and 70% kerosene. The opening pressure of the oil tank is added. The pressure is adjusted to about 1.5 MPa by using the relief valve. The pressure entering the oil chamber is adjusted to about 1.0-0.6 MPa by the feedback throttling device. After the lubricating oil enters the bearing oil chamber, check whether there is light side and heavy side after locking. The main shaft of the grinding wheel should float on the shaft In the middle of the bearing, it is subject to turning gently by hand. If it is properly adjusted, when the shaft diameter and bearing are running at a high speed, the pressure bearing oil film can be generated, that is, it is in fluid lubrication, and metal collision will not occur. Put the dial indicator contact vertically on the main shaft to check the rotation accuracy of the main shaft. The rotation accuracy of the main shaft should not exceed 0.001mm.
