I. Purpose and scope of application of the machine tool

QD260 step grinding machine applies to cylindrical grinding of round bar workpieces. It especially applies to large allowance grinding and product grinding before tool manufacturing by tool manufacturers and parts processing enterprises.

II. Features of the machine tool

1. The automatic loading and unloading, and the probe for detecting the length of workpiece are adopted, in cooperation with the human-machine interface. It is featured by simple operation, automatic production, and high efficiency.

2. X and Z axes: The precision four-direction equal-load roller linear guide pair with extremely high four-direction directional rigidity and the precision ball screw pair drive are adopted. Both axes are equipped with stainless steel armor type organ shield which is well protective, beautiful and durable.

3. Electric cabinet: The electric cabinet is equipped with air conditioning cooling system, and the electrical components can work at constant temperature to improve the stability and service life of all components.

4. Shield: The whole machine tool adopts fully enclosed shield, with a single door in the front and two windows on the side, all of which are equipped with plexiglass, which is convenient for observation, clamping and maintenance. The top of the shield is equipped with fog absorption device and fire extinguishing device, which is environment-friendly and safe.
