When the cylindrical grinder grinds the outer circle, there are some problems on the surface of the workpiece, such as vibration, flake and twill.


1) The contact of the fixed joint surface of the diamond cutterhead is not good.

2) The gap between the spindle of grinding wheel holder is too large, which makes the cylindrical grinder abnormal.

3) In the grinding process, the parameters of head frame speed and grinding wheel dressing speed are not reasonable.

4) The selected grinding wheel model does not match the material of the workpiece to be processed.


In view of the above problems, we mainly summarized the following solutions:

1) Scratch and grind the fixed seat of diamond knife again to make it have stronger binding performance. After fastening, it is necessary to measure the head of diamond knife with meter. When moving, it should not exceed 0.01mm. At the same time, whether the diamond knife is sharp or not should be considered.

2) The spindle clearance (radial and axial) of the static and dynamic grinding wheel carrier should be within the specified range (radial: 0.027 to 0.03mm; axial: 0.02mm). At the same time, the static pressure control range of the cylindrical grinder should be considered, which is generally controlled at (15kg / cm? 2 to 18kg / cm? 2), whether the dynamic pressure is established, and what is the oil injection situation of each hole.
