At this time, the surface of the workpiece ground will be a hyperboloid.

2. The influence of the parallelism error of the grinding head spindle axis in the horizontal plane on the workpiece size accuracy caused by the connecting line between the head frame and tailstock center. When this error occurs, the shape of the workpiece grinded by the cylindrical grinder will be a cone, that is, the grinding wheel grinds at an angle, and the surface has spiral grinding lines.

3. The influence of the Perpendicularity Error of the grinding head relative to the guide rail of the machine tool on the machining accuracy. The final result of this error is that the axis of the spindle deviates from the center line of the head rest and tailstock. When grinding the shoulder end face, the perpendicularity error between the shoulder end face and the workpiece axis will be caused. When grinding the outer circle, it will affect the surface roughness and produce spiral grinding lines.
