One, in the inlet is equipped with an oil inlet valve, mainly to constantly adjust the size of the inlet valve to control the oil level in the vacuum separation tank.
Disadvantages: operators are required to monitor the oil level and adjust it constantly.
Two, some manufacturers choose to control the float ball switch, but it is not directly control the float ball into the pipeline into the amount of oil, but by the float ball switch control into the vacuum separation tank top solenoid valve, through the solenoid valve to control the oil level in the vacuum tank.
Disadvantages: Due to the frequent start of the solenoid valve, it is easy to cause damage to the solenoid valve. At the same time, the sudden closing of the battery valve has a great impact on the oil temperature. Even if the heater and the solenoid valve are disconnected at the same time, the oil temperature near the heater will rise rapidly.
Three, some manufacturers choose infrared liquid level control system, is actually the use of photoelectric control, set an upper limit, and a lower limit oil level. The solenoid valve is controlled by the photocell counter. Disadvantages: if the use of the environment (high temperature, negative pressure, humidity) too big difference, will be easy to damage the photocell, solenoid valve is also easy to damage, or close not tight. Solution: Consider adding a manual bypass valve next to the solenoid to prevent opening if the solenoid is damaged.

1) When the oil is higher than the upper infrared control oil level, the inlet solenoid valve will automatically close and the oil pump will start automatically; When the oil is lower than the upper infrared control oil level, the oil inlet solenoid valve will open automatically.
2) In the operation of the equipment, when the oil is lower than the lower infrared control oil level, the oil pump will automatically stop and the stop indicator will light up; When the oil rises above the lower infrared control oil level, the oil pump will start automatically and the operation indicator light will be on.
