It is an effective way to save energy to strengthen the heating system to increase the heat transfer speed of the heated object and shorten the heating time on the premise of meeting the heating requirements of the heated object. In the process of heating and drying, there are two phenomena going on at the same time: heat transfer and mass transfer. Heat transfer raises the temperature of the wet material, increases the fluidity of its water or solvent, and evaporates the water or solvent. Mass transfer causes the internal water or solvent to move towards the surface for evaporation. The methods of heating and drying can be divided into three categories according to the way heat is transferred from the heat source to the material: conduction, convection and radiation heating. The actual heat transfer is seldom carried out by a single heat transfer mode of conduction, convection or radiation, but mostly by a combination of two or three heat transfer modes. In general, radiative and convective heat transfer always occur synthetically. Considering three basic heat transfer modes, it is feasible to save energy.
