What are the disadvantages of automatic welding equipment


1、 Stomata. When automatic welding equipment is used in all position welding, blowhole is a common problem. There are many reasons for this problem, such as welding material itself, improper operation, environmental reasons, etc. In view of this, in order to effectively prevent this problem, in the implementation of welding, gas protection should be strengthened, the welding temperature should not be too high, and gas should be filled in strict accordance with the proportion and relevant requirements to ensure that the filling purity meets the requirements. At the same time, attention should be paid to the environment around the welding site. If the wind speed of the construction site exceeds 8 meters per second, the wind shelter should be used for protection, and the environmental humidity should not be too high. In addition, the manufacturer of automatic brazing equipment thinks that in order to keep the welding position dry, annular flame heater or medium frequency induction heater can be used for heating.


2、 No fusion. In welding, the problem of lack of fusion usually occurs in the vertical welding position. The causes of this problem include incorrect shape of weld bead grinding, deviation from the weld seam during welding or unreasonable width of welding torch swing. In view of this, in the welding process, in the implementation of welding bead grinding operation, should be polished as far as possible. At the same time, before welding, the welding wire should be carefully observed to see if its swing width is correct. In addition, in the welding process, if the weld pool and weld bead center deviate, the adjustment should be carried out in time to avoid the lack of fusion.
