What are the acceptance methods of CNC surface grinder


1. The up and down, front and back movement of grinding head should have safety device to limit or prevent collision, and it should be safe and reliable;


2. The operation and demagnetization of electromagnetic worktable shall be able to interlock and work reliably;


3. The up and down, front and back movement guide surface of grinding head should have good protection device, and should be firm and durable;


4. The protective cover of grinding wheel shall comply with jb4029;


5. The protection device of grinder to prevent workpiece flying out and coolant splashing should be safe and reliable;


6. The electrical system and hydraulic system shall comply with GB / T 5226.1 and JB / T 10051 respectively;


7. Safety protection should also comply with the provisions of GB 15760;


8. The joint surface of grinding head and pressing plate, the joint surface of column and guide rail should be assessed according to the requirements of "particularly important fixed joint surface";

Air transport


1. The temperature rise test of the grinding machine should be no less than 4 hours of idling (the high-speed running time of the grinding head should not be less than 1 hour). After reaching a stable temperature, the temperature and temperature rise should be measured at the place near the spindle bearing (or oil tank) of the grinding head and in the oil pool of the bed, which should not exceed the relevant standards and design regulations;


2. The vertical feed accuracy test of grinding head, each feed error should not exceed 100% of the vertical feed, and the cumulative error of 10 consecutive feeds should not exceed 20% of the 10 consecutive feeds; (test method: fix the dial indicator or other measuring instruments on the grinding head, make the measuring head vertically touch the worktable, the grinding head feeds with the minimum feed, continuously feed for 10 times, and record the reading);


3. Check the stability of the low-speed operation of the worktable, adjust the moving speed of the worktable to about 0.05m/min, use the indicator with the indication value of 0.01mm to check within the maximum travel range, and the indicator pointer shall rotate evenly and continuously;


4. The test of reciprocating speed difference of worktable shows that the reciprocating speed difference of worktable moving in the speed range of 0.1 ~ 2m / min and the maximum stroke is not more than 10%;


5. The reciprocating speed difference between the column moving in the speed range of 0.1 ~ 2m / min and the maximum stroke is not more than 10%;


6. When the worktable moves back and forth, the maximum punch at both ends is tested. For the grinder whose speed is less than 35m / min, the weight of the grinder is ≤ 5T, and the maximum punch of the worktable is ≤ 80mm; for the grinder whose weight is 5 ~ 10t, the maximum punch of the worktable is ≤ 120mm; for the grinder whose speed is greater than 10t, the maximum punch of the worktable is ≤ 150mm; (let you know how to choose the CNC grinder suitable for your work)


7. The test of the reversing accuracy of the worktable shows that the moving speed of the worktable is 0.1 ~ 0.2m/min, it moves on the whole stroke, and it reciprocates five times at the same speed or at different speeds. The indicator with the indication value of 0.01 is used for inspection. During the test, the stay time of the worktable at both ends is less than or equal to 1.5s, and the reversing error is not more than 0.1mm at the same speed and not more than 0.3mm at different speeds;


8. During the whole process of grinding machine idling, there should be no fault; the automatic cycle of idling should include all functions and all working ranges, and the rest time between these automatic cycles should not exceed 1min; the working table should run smoothly in all grinding ranges, with no impact and vibration at high speed; the machine should stop quickly, without reverse rotation; there should be no crawling at low speed; the grinding machine should be free of vibration at high speed;
