1. Wear resistance of high temperature alloy: the special heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy material is used as the external protection tube for temperature measurement, and the armored core body is installed inside, which not only has high corrosion resistance to particle erosion, but also has good protection effect on the inner core body under high temperature conditions. With flange or thread connection, the temperature can be measured between 0 ℃ and 1200 ℃ for a long time.


2. Wear resistance of cermet: it adopts recrystallized silicon carbide cermet protective tube, with high temperature up to 1300 ℃, and equipped with K-index or S-index armored core body, which is specially suitable for temperature measurement of cement kiln tail, circulating vulcanization bed and other high-temperature and strong wear-resistant working conditions.


3. Composite casting wear-resistant alloy: the composite armor technology is used to add wear-resistant particles into the superalloy matrix, and the precision casting is formed. The casing has high hardness, high temperature oxidation resistance and a few casting defects, but it does not affect the high temperature wear resistance and sealing performance. It is the most common high temperature wear-resistant casing with moderate price and operating temperature of 800-1200 ℃.


4. Ion implantation tungsten carbide: using stainless steel as the matrix, tungsten carbide particles are implanted on the surface of casing by ion implantation. It has high hardness, high strength, high toughness and special wear resistance. The thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 0.5-1.5mm. The minimum diameter can be up to φ 8. The surface quality is good and the service temperature is 0-800 ℃. It has been used for more than 2 years in coal mill of power plant.


5. Iron aluminum porcelain protection tube: iron base containing aluminum and skillfully adding A12O3 powder, that is to make iron aluminum porcelain (TLC) with special gold content.
