ST-700RVNF-666 Vacuum Gas Nitriding Furnace Introduction:


( 1 )ST-700RVNF-666 furnace body belongs to vacuum standard furnace body. It is suitable for working in vacuum conditions. ST-700RVNF-666 horizontal vacuum gas nitriding furnace shell is formed by rolling metal steel plates, with reasonable structure and high strength. After the welding is completed, antirust paint is sprayed four times to ensure that the shell has strong corrosion resistance. ; The bottom of the furnace body is provided with sliding guide rail which is easy for user to put heating raw materials inside, and make raw materials not contacting with furnace wall.


( 2 ) The inner wall of the furnace is all made of high-density alumina ceramic fiber blanket material. The all-fiber wall has high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and thermal insulation performance and good sealing performance. Easy repair and replacement after long time service. The fiber furnace wall has good stability in terms of heating. It will not be damaged at any heating rate and cooling rate.


( 3 ) There is a stainless steel welded sealed furnace tank in the heating chamber, both ends of which are open and both are welded with water cooling jacket devices. The two ends are sealed by a furnace cover, one end of which is provided with a furnace soaking fan, a tail gas exhaust device and a gas supply device, and the other end is a fixed end which is only opened when the fan fails. The other end is the furnace mouth end, which is the inlet and outlet end of the workpiece and is fixed with the furnace shell through hinges. The furnace cover at the furnace mouth end is equipped with a Shi Ying glass observation hole to observe the working condition of the workpiece in the furnace ( the workpiece is dark red at about 600 ℃, and the outline of the workpiece can be seen ) An air guide sleeve is added in the furnace tank to reduce the influence of heat radiation of the furnace tank wall on the temperature in the furnace.


( 4 ) The heating element is made of strip-shaped high-resistance alloy material ( 0Cr25Al5Fe) and fixed on the alumina ceramic fiber blanket with high aluminum screws.


( 5 ) Gases such as ammonia, nitrogen, and the like are respectively introduced into the hearth through a dryer and a rotameter. After nitriding is completed, the forced cooling method of blowing air between the cooling furnace and the furnace tank can speed up the cooling time, reduce the nitriding treatment time, and avoid oxidation, discoloration and other uncertainties caused by the workpiece being too long in the furnace.
