Preparation work


1. Design the lifting and cooling curve. The heating rate shall not be higher than 10 ° C/min, and the cooling rate shall be lower than 15 ° C/min.


2. Clean the environment.


3. When using the tubular furnace every week, check that the oil line of the mechanical pump is above the line, remove the two end covers, and clean the corundum furnace pipe with a vacuum cleaner.


4. Push the sample boat into the middle of the steel and tube furnace (constant temperature length 10cm).


5, plug two heat insulation furnace plug, so that the bottom of the end of the furnace plug and the furnace body side level.


6. Install the gas furnace flange and confirm that the sealing gasket falls into the slot.


A detailed procedure for using hydrogen as a working gas in a tubular furnace


(1) connect hydrogen gas path, check leakage with soapy water at each joint, make sure there is no leakage.


(2) Confirm that the valve is in the closed state.


(3) Turn the counterclockwise knob to open the hydrogen bottle main valve, and turn the knob clockwise to slowly open the outlet pressure reducing valve, so that the outlet pressure is at 0.1mpa.


(4) Switch on the mechanical pump power, open the pipe furnace outlet valve and the two valves on the mechanical pump air road, pump for 5 minutes.


(5) close the two valves on the mechanical pump air road, close the pipe furnace outlet valve, close the mechanical pump.


(6) Open the upper air flow control valve clockwise, so that the arrow points to the "open" position.


(7) Adjust the meter knob clockwise so that the indicator is at 20ml/min.


(8) rotate the knob counterclockwise, open the tube - type furnace air inlet valve, straight barometer reading is zero.


(9) Pet-open the tube furnace inlet valve and the red outlet valve on the hydrogen gas path.


(10) Don't start to heat the tube furnace until you have filled it with hydrogen for ten minutes. Before heating, adjust the meter knob counterclockwise to make bubbles appear in the conical flask at a speed of 2 / s.
