The combination of low pressure carburizing and high pressure gas quenching technology provides a new way to prolong the life, reduce the distortion and reduce the noise of the vehicle gear. At the beginning of the new century, several domestic automobile and diesel engine gear manufacturers have introduced such equipment and production lines.

Vacuum heat treatment has the function of preventing oxidation. The surface does not oxidize, does not decarburize, and has the reduction derusting effect, saves the tool rough machining process, may save the expensive tool steel and the raw material consumption, saves the processing time, reduces the product cost;


Vacuum heat treatment with vacuum degassing, degreasing without hydrogen embrittlement risk, prevent the tool material refractory metal surface embrittlement, make the tool material surface purity, improve the tool fatigue strength, plasticity, toughness and corrosion resistance, improve the tool service life;


Vacuum heat treatment has a small quenching deformation, which can reduce the existence of correction stress for conventional quenching deformation and reduce the possibility of fracture during the use of the blade. The deformation of the vacuum heat treatment blade is 1/2 to 1/10 of that of the salt bath quenching.


The stability and repeatability of vacuum heat treatment process are good. Once the process is determined, the heat treatment operation will run automatically as soon as the process is entered. Avoid tool quality fluctuation caused by unstable process of conventional heat treatment;


The vacuum heat treatment consumes less power, the power consumption is 80% of the conventional heat treatment, the production cost is low, but the one-time investment cost is large.
