(3) External invasion of oil filter: dust from the extended end of oil tank mouth or piston rod of hydraulic cylinder;


(4) Pollution in equipment repair.

1. First of all, the filter element must be maintained and cleaned regularly. If the filter element cannot be cleaned, a new filter element must be replaced immediately. As the filter element is used for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities will be intercepted and the aperture of the filter element will be blocked. If not removed, the flow rate of oil will be slowed down during oil filtration, reducing the working efficiency of the oil filter, and the filtration effect will be worse. Therefore, it is necessary to clean and replace the filter element regularly.


2. After a long period of work, some dirt and impurities will be deposited on the wall of the vacuum oil filter cartridge. When the equipment is not intended to be used, the filter element can be removed and the filter cartridge can be cleaned in time. Avoid the buildup of dirt the next time you turn the device on.
