Solutions to common faults of mesh belt furnace


Mesh belt furnace is generally composed of furnace body, mesh belt drive system and temperature control. It is mainly used for sintering of P / M products and reduction of metal powder. According to the operation, the mesh belt furnace can be divided into roller furnace and plate furnace, and plate furnace can be divided into muffle furnace and non muffle furnace. As the mesh belt furnace is often used in the kiln system, it is inevitable that some failures will occur.

Here is a brief analysis of several common faults and solutions as well as troubleshooting.

1. The heating switch is not on, but the temperature is still rising.

The reason for this is that the contacts of the heating AC contactor are bonded together and cannot be disconnected. The solution is to replace the contactor.

2、 The power supply trips after the heating switch is turned on.

There are three possible reasons for this situation: the first is the short circuit between the heating pipe and the electric furnace, and the elimination method is to dismantle the inside of the furnace and check the heating pipe; the second is that the capacity of the main power switch is too small, and the elimination method is to replace the large capacity switch; the third is that the main power switch box is installed with a leakage protection switch, but the wiring is not correct, and the elimination method is to check the circuit and correct it.

3. Unable to power on after power on.

There are two reasons for this situation: the first is that the power supply does not meet the requirements of the specification, and the elimination method is to connect the power supply required by the specification; the second is that the zero line may not be connected, and the elimination method is to connect the zero line.

4. The temperature inside the furnace body is uneven and abnormally high.

There are three possible causes: the first is that the thermocouple is not sensitive, and the elimination method is to replace the thermocouple; the second is that the temperature controller is not sensitive, and the action is out of control, and the elimination method is to replace the temperature controller; the third is that the workpiece is placed unreasonably, and the furnace door is not closed properly, and the elimination method is to change the workpiece placement method and close the furnace door.

Only regularly check the various items in the mesh belt furnace, such as the control box, the ventilation hole of the furnace top cover, the screws of the components of the control box and so on, we believe that we can take precautions to avoid many unnecessary failures.
