Main purpose and scope of application:

It can be applied to the heat treatment process of electronic components, new materials and powder materials under vacuum or atmosphere conditions. It is also used in the pre-firing, sintering and brazing of electronic ceramic products in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, universities and scientific research departments, industrial and mining enterprises.

1. The furnace liner is made of high temperature resistant, pressure resistant, 310S stainless steel material, with good mechanical properties, no deformation at high temperature, and no oxide layer falling off after repeated use;

2. It can be evacuated and can pass into a variety of protective atmospheres (except for flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive gases);

3. The furnace adopts alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no ball, high purity, and energy saving effect is better than domestic fiber materials;

4. The heating element adopts resistance wire, which has uniform and stable heating and long service life. The alloy wire is embedded in the furnace, and the external heating method is adopted to avoid the possibility of contact with the furnace;

5. Automatic pressure relief of overpressure, high temperature alarm and power off, leakage protection, reliable operation;

6. Our software equipment is interconnected with the computer through the 485 or USB interface, which can realize the functions of single or multiple electric furnaces remote control, real-time tracking, historical records, output reports, etc.; paperless recording devices can be installed to realize data storage and output ；

7. It is optional to control the vacuum system, inflation system, and temperature control system by means of touch screen operation. The operation is simple and accurate.
