Precautions to be taken when using ferrochrome resistance bands

Note when using ferrochrome resistance bands:

1. Select the correct specification according to the reasonable surface load during the design of the resistance belt;

2. Make a comprehensive inspection of the furnace before the resistance belt is installed to remove ferrite and carbon to avoid short circuit or furnace wire breakdown;

3. When installing the resistance belt, it shall be connected correctly in accordance with the designed wiring mode;

4. Check the sensitivity of the temperature control system before using the ferrochrome resistance belt to prevent the failure of temperature control, which will cause the furnace wire to burn out.
