First of all, when heating the vacuum heat treatment furnace, avoid contact between heat treatment products, especially copper, aluminum and other products and electric heating elements, no matter it is fine powder, melt or steam, so as to prevent the surface corrosion of electric heating body from forming "pit", the cross section becomes smaller, and then it is overheated and blown away.


Secondly, when the vacuum heat treatment furnace is heated, the furnace door cannot be opened for a long time after the temperature rises. When the temperature is higher than 400 ℃, sharp cooling is not allowed. For electric heating elements, when the temperature is high and the temperature changes greatly, it is easy to cause oxide peeling. The normal use and maintenance of the vacuum heat treatment furnace shall be cooled to below 200 ℃ to stop the protective gas.


Third, when testing the temperature uniformity of the vacuum heat treatment furnace, the manufacturer of the vacuum furnace should pay attention to the positioning and binding method of the temperature measuring contact and the distance between the contact and the heating element. In the box type resistance furnace, the furnace and bricks are often cleaned (at least once a month) with brushes, brooms or compressed air, vacuum cleaners, etc., to prevent impurities such as oxide skin from falling into the electric heating elements, short circuit or even burning. Bricks. For each life cycle of a heat-resistant steel member, such as a base plate, crucible, and furnace pot, it is preferable to lift the tap and remove the scale. If the impurities such as iron oxide are not removed in time, they will melt and react with the refractory brick to melt the furnace wire.


Fourth, the vacuum heat treatment furnace should check whether there are inflammable, explosive and other harmful substances in the furnace charge. If it is to be removed in time, it is strictly prohibited to add cold and wet materials directly into the steel water. After the molten liquid is filled to the upper part, it is strictly prohibited to add large materials to prevent covering. Each part of the vacuum heat treatment furnace is connected by O-ring, and each part is cooled by water.
