When the small-scale experimental furnace and controller are used, the rated power shall not be exceeded, and the furnace temperature shall not exceed the maximum use temperature. It is forbidden to put the wet workpiece into the furnace. The heated workpiece containing ultra-high moisture shall be dried in advance.

The silicon carbide rod shall be placed in a dry place to prevent the aluminum head from deterioration due to moisture. If it is found that some of the rods are white and some are dark red during use, it means that the resistance of each rod changes differently. It is necessary to replace the rods with similar resistance value before reuse.

The small-scale experimental furnace and controller must work in the place where the relative humidity is not more than 85%, there is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas that can damage the metal insulation and electronic components.

The working environment temperature of the controller is limited to 0-50 ℃.

The small-scale experimental furnace shall be kept clean, and the metal oxides, slags and impurities in the furnace shall be removed in time. When loading and unloading the workpiece, care shall be taken to prevent damaging the silicon carbide rod.

The recrystallization products of silicon carbide in small-scale experimental electric furnace can be corroded by alkali, alkali metal, sulfuric acid and boron compound at high temperature. Water vapor has strong oxidation effect on it: hydrogen and gas containing a large amount of hydrogen will decompose silicon carbide at high temperature, which must be paid close attention to during use.
