The vacuum filter is a special equipment for purifying the phosphoric acid anti-fuel oil. This machine is a multi-functional vacuum oil filter made of stainless steel and fluororubber sealing material. It has the functions of degassing, dehydration, impurity removing, acid removing, emulsifying breaking and foam removing. It can filter online and switch to mobile filter. Equipped with automatic level control system, automatic defoaming control system, automatic pressure protection system and excellent configuration, ensure the high performance operation of the equipment, on-line oil filtration, can be unmanned operation, operation status is shown by the indicator light. The machine can remove 100% free water and up to 80% dissolved water. It also removes 100% of free gases and up to 80% of dissolved gases. Particle removal is done by using a 3 micron filter element before the oil is returned to the system tank. A 1 micron filter element is available for higher accuracy requirements. Deacidification can be selected from dry ion exchange resin filter elements imported from the United States.
