Normal start-up steps of equipment

1. Turn on the power supply of the dryer and pre cool it for 3-5 minutes;

2. When the air compressor is turned on, the compressed air enters the air storage tank after being treated by the cold dryer and filter (the user can provide it by himself), and the indication of each pressure gauge rises gradually;

3. When the pressure of adsorption tank reaches 0.6MPa, turn on the power switch on the control cabinet to enter the normal working state;

4. When the pressure of the nitrogen gas storage tank reaches 0.6MPa, slowly open the vent valve. At this time, it can be observed that the flowmeter float rises. Adjust the nitrogen flow rate to the flow rate required by the user. After the purity reaches the purity required by the user through the nitrogen analyzer, close the vent valve and open the valve leading to the later gas consuming equipment, and the product nitrogen can be used.

1. Turn off the power switch of nitrogen generator;

2. Close the downstream valve of the flowmeter;

3. Turn off the power switch of air compressor and cold dryer;

4. Close the nitrogen supply valve;


Description of normal operation state of equipment

1. The power indicator light is on, and the indicator lights of left suction, voltage equalizing and right suction are on circularly to indicate the process of nitrogen production;

2. When the left suction indicator light is on, the pressure of the left adsorption tank gradually rises to the highest value from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized, and the pressure of the right adsorption tank gradually drops to zero from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized;

3. When the pressure equalizing indicator light is on, the pressure of the left and right adsorption tanks will rise and fall, and gradually reach the balance between them;

4. When the right suction indicator light is on, the pressure of the right adsorption tank gradually rises to the highest value from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized, and the pressure of the left adsorption tank gradually drops to zero from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized;

5. The outlet pressure of nitrogen is indicated as normal gas pressure, and the pressure will fluctuate slightly during use, but the change should not be too large;

6. The flow indication of the flowmeter should be basically stable and the fluctuation should not be too large. The indication value of the flowmeter should not be greater than the rated gas production of the nitrogen generating equipment;

7. The indication value of nitrogen analyzer should not be less than the rated purity of nitrogen generating equipment. There may be a little fluctuation, but it should not be too large.


Operation precautions

1. Adjust the nitrogen generating valve behind the flowmeter according to the gas pressure and gas consumption, and do not increase the flow at will to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

2. The opening of nitrogen gas production valve should not be too large to ensure the best purity;

3. The flowmeter of nitrogen analyzer should be adjusted to 0.5l/h scale;

4. The valve adjusted by the commissioning personnel should not rotate at will, so as not to affect the purity;

5. Do not move the electrical parts in the control cabinet and remove the pneumatic pipeline valve at will;

6. The operator should regularly check the pressure gauge on the nitrogen generator and make a daily record of the pressure change for equipment failure analysis;

7. Regularly observe the outlet pressure, flowmeter indication and nitrogen purity, and check with the required value, and solve the problems found in time;

8. Maintain according to the technical requirements of air compressor, cold dryer and filter to ensure air quality (air source must be oil-free). The air compressor and cold dryer must be repaired at least once a year, and the vulnerable parts shall be replaced and maintained according to the equipment maintenance and maintenance regulations.

9. The carbon molecular sieve is worn in the process of air separation and nitrogen production equipment, and the molecular sieve should be inspected and filled once a year.
