(2) Flexible. Because the CNC surface grinder works according to the processing program, so when changing the processing program, it only needs to replace the processing program, re clamp the workpiece and replace the tool, which has strong flexibility.

CNC surface grinder has high rigidity and power, and in the process of machining, the cutting parameters can be automatically adjusted to the best state, which effectively saves the machine time. In addition, the CNC surface grinder has the functions of automatic tool change, non-stop speed change, fast empty stroke and automatic detection, which greatly shortens the auxiliary time of the surface grinder and improves the productivity.

(4) The machining precision is high and the machining quality is stable. In the process of NC surface grinder processing, workers do not need to operate directly to avoid human error. Because the transmission system and structure of the surface grinder have high precision and rigidity, the surface grinder has high repetition precision and stable processing quality. In addition, in order to ensure the machining accuracy, the surface grinder adopts measures such as closed-loop control system to improve the machining accuracy, which can make the surface grinder achieve higher machining accuracy.
