First of all, high frequency quenching equipment: high frequency quenching circulating hard layer is generally 1-3mm, current frequency is 30-80khz, suitable for the workpiece hardening degree is relatively shallow, such as small gear, small shaft and other small workpiece products;
Thirdly, intermediate frequency quenching equipment: the hardening degree of intermediate frequency quenching is generally 2-10mm (penetrable), and the current frequency is 1-10khz, which can be used for the quenching of larger workpiece, such as larger gear workpiece, larger bearing products, etc.
High-frequency quenching equipment and intermediate frequency quenching equipment also have a common feature, that is, local heating quenching can significantly reduce the deformation of quenching workpiece, energy saving cost to reduce the loss.
