How to realize energy saving in annealing furnace?


Now, energy conservation and emission reduction are the development trend all over the world. The energy saving of industrial electric furnace is one of the most concerned problems, now we will take the normalizing furnace, mesh belt type quenching furnace, annealing furnace as an example, to talk about how to better realize the energy saving of annealing furnace.


How to realize energy saving in annealing furnace?


1. Select high quality lining materials


The furnace lining is made of aluminum silicate and ceramic fiber, which has strict structure, small volume, light weight, good thermal insulation, small heat storage loss, fast rising and cooling speed, less heat loss of furnace body and energy saving. The fiber cotton is compressed into a square folding package, which is fixed on the furnace top and furnace wall with stainless steel riveting firmware. The riveting firmware is hidden in the folding package, and the heat will not be transmitted to the furnace wall through the riveting firmware.


2. Strengthen the sealing between the furnace door, trolley and the furnace body, and greatly reduce the heat loss


Furnace door goes up and down along the guide rail of two sides, the upper end of guide rail is fixed on the beam of door frame, lower end is connected two electric push rod, the all round of furnace door and furnace face plate is affixed with fiber cotton blanket, when electric push rod pulls guide rail tightly, guide rail compacts furnace door, make furnace door one and furnace face plate tightly jointed, do not have any clearance. The trolley adopts the soft sealing structure of fire-resistant fiber blanket pressed by electric push rod, which makes the trolley and the furnace reach the requirement of tight sealing, and greatly reduces the heat loss.


3. Control the pressure inside the furnace


Furnace pressure is generally controlled in the range of 100Pa. Adopt micro differential pressure sensor, generate electrical signal digital display instrument and computer. The pressure inside the furnace can be displayed. Too high pressure in the furnace can increase the speed of the flue draft fan and increase the opening of the flue electric valve, otherwise reduce. This control process can be done either automatically or manually.


4. Adopt pulse high speed burner.


Due to the flame of the burner on the export with high speed, strong stirring effect in the chamber of a stove or furnace, the furnace temperature keeps uniform, while 10 burner in the furnace is controlled by PLC and orderly by a small fire in the fire, so make the furnace temperature uniformity and saving energy, each part of the furnace temperature and combustion condition of each burner on the main picture in the computer.


5, the use of air combustion proportional valve to automatically control the proportion of gas and air, so that the full combustion of gas, energy saving, reduce pollution gas emissions.


6, the flue outlet in the furnace, well in front of the flue built a refractory brick wall, in order to reduce the discharge of heat in the furnace.


7, the use of flue gas waste heat. Preheating the combustion air at 4,200m /h to 350℃, the annealing furnace can save 20% energy.
