How to install the high temperature test furnace

As the name suggests, the experimental electric furnace is mainly used for experiments, and is mostly used for quantitative analysis of sintering and ashing tests. It is a kind of intermittent resistance furnace, but it is not said that the intermittent electric furnace is the experimental electric furnace. How to install the high temperature test furnace


1, do not need to install, as long as flat on the indoor floor or on the platform. The controller shall be placed on the workbench and the tilt of the workbench shall not exceed 5 degrees. The small distance of the controller from the furnace shall not be less than 0.5 meters. The controller should not be placed on the electric furnace, so as not to affect the normal operation of the controller.

2. The load capacity of the power line, switch and fuse connected with the controller and the experimental electric furnace should be slightly larger than the rated power of the experimental electric furnace.

3. When wiring, first loosen the screws on the left and right sides of the controller housing, then turn the housing upside down, and connect the power cord as shown in the figure. The connection line between the controller and the furnace and the thermocouple connection line. Insert the thermocouple into the furnace from the hole in the thermocouple fixing seat, plug the gap between the hole and the thermoelectricity with asbestos rope, and fix it. (Note: the phase of the power supply is not connected to the center line. For safe operation, both the controller and the furnace should be grounded.)

When the temperature rises to the required temperature set, the red light will be off and the green light will be on. The electric furnace will automatically cut off power and stop heating. Later, when the temperature in the furnace drops slightly, the green light goes off and the red light goes on, the electric furnace automatically energizes again. To achieve the purpose of automatic control of the furnace temperature.

5, in order to check whether the protection device is working normally, the method is: loosen one end of the thermocouple, at this time the temperature indicator rises to a high point and automatically cut off the heating power, then the device is good, reconnected to the thermocouple, can work normally.

6, oven, when the electric furnace just use or use again after long-term disuse, to oven. The process is as follows: when the room temperature rises to 200℃ for 4 hours (open the furnace door to let the steam escape) when 200℃ to 600℃ for 4 hours (close the furnace door) when 600℃ to 800℃ for 2 hours (close the furnace door)

7. After use, unplug the button switch on the control panel to the off position, and then cut off the main power switch.
