Through the belt pulley and frequency converter, the head frame dial can realize stepless speed regulation. The preload of the triangle belt at one end of the motor is adjusted by the moving head frame motor. The pre tightening force of the multi-v-belt on the head frame dial is adjusted by turning the eccentric sleeve. When turning the eccentric sleeve, the set screw should be loosened first, and then the set screw should be tightened after the eccentric sleeve is turned to a proper position. The clearance between the headstock spindle and the bearing is adjusted by turning the dial sleeve. When the dial sleeve rotates clockwise, the clearance increases; otherwise, the clearance decreases.


When the spindle needs to rotate, there must be a certain clearance between the spindle and the bearing, generally 0.005mm on the radius is appropriate. For the scale of the scale sleeve, one grid indicates that the gap on the radius is 0.001mm. When the scale sleeve is rotated, the idle amount of the scale sleeve must be removed. Three jaw chuck can be installed on the spindle of the head frame, which is used for chuck grinding of short and small shaft sleeve or disc parts.


The adjustment of the tailstock of the cylindrical grinder requires turning the spanner to make the tailstock sleeve retreat; it can also pedal the foot pedal to make the tailstock sleeve move forward and backward automatically; if the foot is relaxed, the sleeve will move forward. Or turn the adjusting handle to adjust the force of the pointed workpiece. When grinding a slender shaft, the force of jacking the workpiece should not be too large to avoid bending the workpiece.
