Basic working principle and advantages of high frequency heater 15kw

At present, the high-frequency heating machine 15kw has the advantages of high heating efficiency, fast heating speed, low consumption and environmental protection. It has been widely used in the heat processing, heat treatment, heat assembly, welding, smelting and other processes of metal materials in all walks of life. 1、 Fundamentals

The high-frequency heating machine puts the workpiece into the inductor (coil) at 15kw. When a certain frequency of alternating current is introduced into the inductor, an alternating magnetic field will be generated around the inductor. The electromagnetic induction of alternating magnetic field makes the enclosed induced current eddy current in the workpiece. The distribution of induced current on the cross-section of the workpiece is very uneven. The current density on the surface of the workpiece is very high and gradually decreases inward. This phenomenon is called skin effect. The electric energy of the high density current on the surface of the workpiece changes into heat energy, which makes the temperature of the surface increase, that is to say, the surface heating is realized. The higher the current frequency is, the greater the current density difference between the surface layer and the inside of the workpiece is, and the thinner the heating layer is. The surface quenching can be realized by cooling the heating layer rapidly after the temperature exceeds the critical point of the steel.

2、 The main advantages of high frequency heater 15kw are as follows:

① It does not need to be heated as a whole, the deformation of the workpiece is small, and the electric energy consumption is small.

② No pollution.

③ The heating speed is fast and the surface of the workpiece is oxidized and decarburized slightly.

④ The surface hardening layer can be adjusted according to the needs, easy to control.

⑤ The heating equipment can be installed on the machining production line, which is easy to realize mechanization and automation, easy to manage, and can reduce transportation, save manpower and improve production efficiency.

⑥ The microstructure of the hardened layer is fine, and the hardness, strength and toughness are all high.

⑦ After surface quenching, the surface of the workpiece has a larger compressive internal stress, and the workpiece has a higher anti fatigue breaking ability.
