Low temperature carburizing of stainless steel

At present, gas and liquid nitriding (nitriding) technology cannot achieve such a low nitriding temperature. The service life of the die can be improved in some specific working conditions. The company's current low-temperature ion nitrification (nitrification) products are SKD-11 and H13 molds. After testing, the nitrification layer can be controlled within 2-20um according to different customer needs. Surface hardness is HV0.5=1100-1200.


Ionic nitrogen carburizing

Its application objects are mainly alloy steel with relatively low carbon content and structural steel with less alloying element content, such as Q235.
