Dewatering and anti-rust oil filter process


(1) Oil tank process: The bottom of the tank shall be designed into a cone shape and equipped with a drainage valve to regularly remove water and pollutants deposited at the bottom. At least 100mm away from the bottom of the oil tank, movable mesh or porous spacers shall be provided to prevent the bottom of the workpiece from affecting the dehydration effect.


(2) Process principle of dewatering and anti-rust oil filter: it adopts secret pure physical and mechanical filtration. Under the effect of internal and external pressure difference, the oil enters into the strong magnetic filter through the entrance, and the iron particle impurities are filtered out. Then enter the secondary filter, small particles of impurities are filtered out. The oil is then transferred to a fine filter to remove 5um of impurities from the oil, and the output completes a clean oil and refueling process.


(3) Safety of oil filter: the whole machine adopts full explosion-proof design and explosion-proof, and the grade (ExdeibIIBT4) ensures dependability and safety.


(4) Monitoring of oil filter: Equipped with overpressure alarm shutdown device (measuring the pollution degree of filter element), to ensure that the filter element will not be damaged by blocking overpressure, reduce the use cost, ensure the safety of filter system, and remind the operator to clean the filter element.


(5) The oil should be kept clean and transparent during regular use. If the oil is still cloudy after filtration, the oil should be filtered again and the dehydration performance of the oil must be checked weekly.


(6) Installation mode of oil filter: the trolley can be mobile or fixed.
