The shell adopts double-layer structure design of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. The color paint of the shell is baked at high temperature, durable. Equipped with air cooling system, the furnace has the advantages of temperature field equilibrium, low surface temperature and fast temperature rise and fall rate. The vacuum system is specially designed with convenient operation, high vacuum degree and small vacuum leakage (limit vacuum degree: 10-5pa). The sealing system is sealed with stainless steel flange, furnace tube and high temperature resistant O-type silicon rubber. The gas is controlled by needle valve switch after passing through the flowmeter. The valve control is equipped with intake valve, exhaust valve, vacuum valve, which can be filled with nitrogen, argon and other inert gases.
The furnace is made of imported composite alumina fiber material by numerical control technology, which can save 30% energy compared with the traditional electric furnace. The control system adopts PLC intelligent regulation technology, has program programming, and can program various heating, constant temperature and cooling programs, with high temperature control accuracy, crystal modular thyristor control, phase-shifting trigger, and high-quality heating elements
