Direct burning hot air furnace technical principle


Direct burning hot air furnace is composed of coal burning machine, high temperature gas purification chamber and air mixing chamber.


The original (smoke) coal is added to the coal scuttle at one end of the coal-burning machine by the coal feeder. The coal seam of a certain height (the height of the coal seam can be adjusted according to the coal type) is sent to the combustion chamber of the coal-burning machine at a uniform speed by the chain grate, and the combustion air is sent to the distribution chamber by the fan, and then enters the air bunker under the grate through the regulating valve, and then goes through the coal seam through the grate. Volatiles in bituminous coal first escape, fixed carbon on the chain grate and full contact with the air and produce high temperature smoke, high temperature flame from the coal burning machine nozzle. The exhausted cinder is discharged from the other end of the coal burning machine to the cinder ejector, which is sent out by the automatic scraper slag ejector.


The high temperature flame enters the high temperature gas purification chamber for secondary combustion, and the dust entrained by the flue gas converges and settles at high temperature in the purification chamber. The clean hot air from the purification room (about 1000℃) is mixed with a certain amount of cold air, and the hot air that is mixed into the required temperature for drying materials enters the drying equipment (such as spray tower, rotary kiln, oven, oven, air dryer, fluidized bed, etc.) to dry the materials. The temperature of hot air can be adjusted according to the needs of the process.
