Introduction
Centerless grinder is a kind of grinding machine which does not need to use the axis positioning of the workpiece. It is mainly composed of grinding wheel, adjusting wheel and workpiece bracket.
The grinding wheel actually acts as the grinding work. The adjusting wheel controls the rotation of the workpiece and controls the feed speed of the workpiece.

Cantilevered regulating wheel, the spindle supports solid bearing sliding with 1:30 taper.
Use lubricating oil alone on the spindle.
The regulating wheel feed slide is supported on Flat-V hydraulic unloaded guideway.
Electric control
AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control .
Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser.

Equipped automatic plunge device in the grinder.
