The bearing of CNC lathe plays an important role in the whole processing, so its configuration work needs to be calculated and analyzed according to the parts to be processed, mainly aiming at the load borne by the bearing. According to the working accuracy, stiffness, temperature rise and structural complexity of the spindle components of CNC lathe, rolling bearing support is adopted. The front support adopts the combination of double row short cylindrical roller bearing and 60 ° angular contact ball bearing to bear radial load and axial load, while the rear support adopts diagonal contact ball bearing. This configuration can improve the comprehensive stiffness of the spindle and meet the requirements of cutting. It is widely used in various CNC lathes.


The front bearing adopts angular contact ball bearing, which consists of 2-3 bearings. It is installed back-to-back to bear radial load and axial load. The rear support adopts double row short cylindrical roller bearing. This configuration is suitable for high-speed and heavy-duty spindle components.


Diagonal contact ball bearings are used in front and rear supports to bear radial and axial loads. This configuration is suitable for high-speed, light load and precision CNC machine tool spindles.


The front support adopts double row tapered roller bearing to bear radial load and axial load, and the rear support adopts single row tapered roller bearing. This configuration can bear heavy load and strong dynamic load, and has good installation and adjustment performance. However, the improvement of spindle speed and accuracy is limited. It is suitable for CNC lathe spindle with medium accuracy, low speed and heavy load.
