Application of Burn off oven

1. Remove the coating which is continuously thickened on the spray hanger and fixture without changing the mechanical properties of the hanger.

2. Steel and aluminum parts surface unqualified paint or powder coating completely and thoroughly stripped, without damage to the workpiece.

3. Remove the adhesive paint layer of filter screen and fan impeller of water curtain spray cabinet.

4. Clean and remove the wires, cables, transformers, motors, printing rollers on the winding and adhesion of organic matter.

5. Clean and remove grease, oil and other organic matters on engine, crankshaft, case, piston ring and other parts.

1. There are two relatively independent heating systems, temperature and smoke control system. In the first heating system, the furnace chamber is heated to a certain temperature range, and the temperature in the furnace is automatically controlled by the control system, so that the coating on the workpiece is gradually decomposed into gas. The control system always ensures the decomposition speed and the concentration of decomposition products and strictly controls them in a certain range. When the decomposed products are converted into CO2 and steam after high temperature treatment in the second heating system, the remaining parts in the furnace are workpieces and unaffected inorganic substances. These inorganic substances have become powder, most of which have fallen on the bottom plate of the furnace, and a small amount of residual can be wiped off with water by gently knocking.
