From the analysis of the structure of these saw blades, a common carbide saw blade is generally composed of matrix and sawtooth. Among them, 65Mn and 75cr1 are mainly used in the selection of matrix for domestic high-performance saw blade.


And the material of the cutting head, according to the difference of each saw blade manufacturer, has the difference between imported and domestic. Different materials will inevitably lead to different life of the saw blade, but sometimes the better the material is, the more stable the sawing performance of the saw blade itself.


Some of them use 75cr1 as saw blade matrix material, there are many problems of matrix fracture. For the emergence of such problems, it is very serious in nature.


When the saw blade is in high-speed rotation, once the matrix breaks, it is very easy to cause secondary damage, especially for the life and health of workers, the degree of damage is the highest.


For the fracture of the saw blade matrix, we can start from two aspects. The first is whether the quality of saw blade matrix itself is qualified, and the second is whether there are some irregular operations in the use process.


From the perspective of matrix properties, the reason for the fracture of 75cr1 matrix is that when it is in high-speed operation, the stress state is broken. The contradiction is that the stress of saw blade matrix can no longer bear the deformation force imposed by the outside.


The main reason for this change is that the 75cr1 steel plate had some problems during heat treatment. In the quenching stage, if the holding time is not long enough or the quenching temperature is low, it will directly lead to the formation of carbide on the surface of steel plate, and then the matrix will become brittle.


In the ideal heat treatment process, the matrix is usually Austempered and tempered to obtain the lower bainite structure and tempered martensite structure.


After metallographic analysis, the surface of 75cr1 steel plate with matrix fracture is not lower bainite and tempered martensite, but carbide and tempered martensite.


Therefore, in order to avoid the fracture of a reliable saw blade based on 75cr1, it is necessary for the saw blade manufacturer to strictly control the heat treatment process of the substrate.

Of course, in addition to the heat treatment process, some improper operation in the use of saw blade will also cause matrix cracking. Among them, if the chip discharge of saw blade is not smooth and the feed speed and rotation speed are not properly controlled, the matrix of saw blade will crack easily.


In addition to the common thermal wear, direct mechanical impact damage is often more dangerous. Therefore, for those who are in the front line of sawing equipment operators, some necessary skills training must be done before work, and must be done well.


At present, although the matrix cracking of saw blade is a very serious problem, as long as the user can take the goods from the regular and reliable saw blade manufacturers, the matrix cracking is often far away from you.


Among them, in the introduction stage of saw blade, we focus on the manufacturing strength of the saw blade manufacturers themselves, and whether they have the ability to provide one-stop saw blade solutions, which can often help us avoid many detours.


Second, in the use of saw blade stage. In order to avoid matrix fracture of the saw blade being used, the most important thing to do in daily use of the saw blade is to take measures of cooling, lubrication and chip removal.


But at present, the micro lubrication system is a technology that many enterprises are using. In order to control the substrate temperature of the saw blade in the working process, an additional cooling and lubricating equipment is added to the sawing equipment.


From the performance of the oil consumption data of the micro lubrication device, the consumption of 0.05 ml per unit time is invisible, which greatly reduces the consumption of the enterprise's own cooling lubricating oil.


In fact, whether it is the cracking of 75cr1 matrix or other materials, if these problems are encountered, either the quality of the saw blade itself has problems, or the user has some unexpected operations in the process of use.
