Introduction :

The medium-frequency sintering furnace, researched by our technicians through absorbing international and domestic advanced temperature measurement technology, temperature control technology, intelligent technology, new material technology and furnace design technology, is a high-performance intelligent electric furnace which is quite suitable for the cemented carbide industry. 

The medium-frequency induction sintering furnace protected the furnace by the intermittent gas (vacuum), single power supply can be matched with many electric furnaces according to sintering process time.


Application :

Applied to vacuum/atmosphere sintering of alloy materials such as hard alloy, copper-tungsten alloy, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum-nickel-cobalt permanent magnets, SmCo5, Sm2Co17, neodymium-iron-boron and titanium alloy.

Max. Operating Temperature: 1600°C, 2000°C, 2400°C

High-temperature Area Volume: 0.01m3, 0.02m3, 0.03m3, 0.05m3, 0.1m3, 0.15m3, 0.2m3, 0.3m3

Working Atmosphere in Furnace: Vacuum, Hydrogen Gas, Nitrogen Gas, Inert Gases, etc.

Temperature Uniformity: less than or equal to±10°C

Temperature Measurement: Far Infrared Optical Temperature Measurement Range800~2400°C or 0~2400°C; Temperature Measurement Precision: 0.2~0.75%

Temperature Control: Programmed Control and Manual Control, Temperature Control Precision: ±1°C

Limit Temperature Rise Speed: 200°C/m(no-load, vary according to the high-temperature area volume and the structure of hearth)
