Introduction :

Vacuum annealing furnace is to change the crystal structure of metal materials and workpieces, refine the structure, eliminate stress and soften the material, meanwhile

Empty annealing can prevent oxidation decarburization, degreasing degreasing, oxide evaporation, in order to improve the surface brightness and mechanical properties of the workpiece. Main application areas: annealing and outgassing of active and refractory metals; electrical steel and electromagnetic alloy, stainless steel and heat-resistant

Annealing of gold, copper and their alloys and steel materials

 

Application :

 It's applied for annealing and degassing of various of alloy materials,components(W,Mo,Nb,tungsten-copper alloy),magnetic materials,hydrogen storage metal,reactive and refractory metals during their manufacturing procedure.For example,the annealing treatment of electrical steel and  electromagnetic alloy,stainless steel,heat-resistant alloy,copper and its alloy as well as other metals.  

 

Model  parameter:

1.Inflation pressure selection: 0.1/0.2MPa;

2.Max. Temperature : 1350

3.Special material process can attach low temperature convection heating device;

4.Internal/external circulation rapid cooling system;

5.Low pressure control device meets the requirements (such as restraining the volatilization of alloying element) of special atmosphere process;

6.High temperature metal (nickel-chromium, molybdenum, tungsten)/graphite material heating system selection facilitates the requirement of different temperature or material processes;

7.Freely select high vacuum/medium vacuum configuration according to material process requirement.
