The tubular gradient furnaces are classified into the double-temperature zone GGL series and the multi-temperature zone GGL (TD) series. The double-temperature zone gradient furnace is designed to be used in the same chamber to realize the CVD process of different temperature difference; the multi-temperature zone tubular gradient furnace is designed to be used for the sintering of samples in different temperature zones, is a very effective means for researching the response of substances as the changes of temperature so that the users can research the impact of the sintering temperature on the products, and records the working parameters of all temperature zones with the paperless recorder.
