1200 ℃ three zone tubular furnace description:
The 1200 ℃ three zone tubular furnace has the advantages of uniform temperature field, low surface temperature, timely heating or cooling, energy saving and so on. It is an ideal muffle furnace for high temperature sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiment and vacuum annealing in industry, scientific research institutions and universities.
It is designed with resistance wire and double shell heating element, phase-shift trigger, thyristor. The temperature controller is programmable. The chamber is made of polycrystalline alumina fibers and is divided into two hemispheres. When you need to cool the furnace immediately or change the furnace tube, you can open the furnace chamber. The two ends of the pipe are connected with stainless steel flange seals. The flange is equipped with gas fittings, valves and pressure gauges, and these fittings are provided. The vacuum degree can be 10-3 PA in vacuum. The furnace is a split type furnace, which is divided into three zones. Each zone can be set at different temperatures, easy to operate and simple.

1. Temperature controller, a variety of temperatures are optional. We can design the controller according to your needs or customize it.
Optional: Shimaden FP93 40 programmable sections (made in Japan), which can be divided into 4,2,1 programs, namely. 4x10 subdivision. FP93 has six PID control, low, medium and high temperature use different PID for precise control.
Over temperature and over-current protection, when the thermocouple is damaged, it will automatically close (when the temperature is higher than 1200C or the thermocouple is damaged, when the "on" on the board is closed and the "off" is turned on, it will turn off the power supply)
There are Fahrenheit (f) and Celsius (c) options.
With 485 communication interface: automatic shutdown.
2. Cover opening protection system: the travel limit switch is installed to protect the user. When the cover is opened, the power will be cut off.
3. Chamber: imported from Japan, it has good heat preservation performance, high reflectivity, uniform temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.
4. Heating element: the furnace is equipped with excellent A1 resistance wire to ensure uniform temperature field and long service life.
5. Leakage protection function: air leakage switch is installed in the furnace. When the leakage or current exceeds the rated current, the power will be cut off automatically.
6. Software control system: the furnace can directly control each parameter, and observe PV and SV on the computer through the communication interface and software. The computer can draw and save the actual heating curve, which is convenient to call these dates at any time.

8. Vacuum system: the vacuum degree of German molecular pump can be 10-1 or 10-4. Tw-1.5 vacuum pump is optional.
9. Gas system: floating flowmeter or digital flowmeter (MFC) is an option for controlling gas speed.
10. Flange: with double ring sealing flange, there are many adapters on the flange, which are used to connect digital vacuum gauge and K25 vacuum bellows. It can be made into hinge for easy disassembly.
11. Cover plate: it is safer and more convenient to open the cover plate because of the hydraulic lifter.
