Special thermocouple for waste incinerator

1、 Product introduction:

Eb-nkwrn series thermocouple for garbage incinerator is developed by our company. It is mainly used for temperature measurement of incinerator furnace and flue of garbage power generation. The outer tube is made of nct301 or nct601 special nichrome alloy. The temperature measuring element is made of special nichrome alloy armored couple core. The product has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and stable performance Point; suitable for all kinds of high temperature, strong corrosive gas environment. The working temperature is 0-1200 ℃, and the maximum temperature can reach 1300 ℃.

In 2000, the product was very popular in the waste incineration power plant, with an average service life of more than 180 days, while the service life of similar products imported from abroad can only be about 90 days. At present, the product has been used in many domestic waste incineration power plants, and its service life and effect are very good, which is well received by the majority of users.

② Temperature measurement range: 0-1300 ℃ (range can be adjusted according to the scale of sensor)

③ Diameter of armored element: Φ 6 or Φ 8mm

④ Outer sleeve material: nct301 or nct601

3、 Ordering and selection instructions:

※ when ordering, it is necessary to make clear the graduation number of thermocouple, diameter of armored element, diameter of outer sleeve, installation form (size and material shall be indicated for thread or flange)

Total length / insertion depth of thermocouple (including the length inserted into furnace)

For example: K graduation, outer pipe Φ 25, armor Φ 8, fixed flange DN20, total length 1000mm, insertion depth 850mm, insertion length 200mm in furnace

Note: flange installation includes movable flange, movable ferrule flange and fixed flange. Thread installation can only be fixed thread.
