Vacuum debinding sintering furnace is mainly used for debinding sintering process of stainless steel (nickel), iron base, titanium alloy, alloy steel, high speed steel and other metal and ceramic injection molding parts (MIM). In the same furnace, two production processes, degreasing and sintering, can shorten the production cycle, improve the production efficiency and increase the output. It is widely used in the processing and manufacturing of medical device parts (orthodontic products, living sampling forceps, etc.), mobile phone parts (metal decorative shell, metal navigation) key, Cato, button, buckle, shaft, mobile phone vibrator, etc.), computer parts and hardware.


Technical characteristics of equipment


1. The sintering furnace adopts special hot zone structure and heating element design to ensure good temperature uniformity


2. Special designed dewaxing device is adopted, which has good sealing performance and can be disassembled to effectively prevent internal component pollution
