Nickel-chromium resistance wire

Products in detail

Material:

Cr20Ni80 Cr15Ni60, GH140

Specifications:

From 0.03 mm to 8.0 mm

USES:

Nickel-chromium resistance wire material because of its high temperature strength, plasticity.

Widely used in industrial furnace, household appliances, far infrared devices.

Nickel-chromium wire and fe-chromium-aluminium wire are referred to as resistance wire or heating wire because they are electrothermic resistance alloys and are used as resistance and heating elements or heating elements; Also known as a resistance wire because it is often used as a resistance element.

Nickel-chromium wire has high resistivity, good surface oxidation resistance, high temperature level, and high strength at high temperature, good processing performance and weldability, can be widely used in metallurgy, household appliances, machinery manufacturing and other heating elements and electrical industry as resistance materials. The service life is long, but the price is high because of the nickel content.

Nickel-chromium wire features are:

High intensity under high temperature;

(2) after long-term use and then cold, the material will not become brittle;

(3) The emissivity of fully oxidized ni-Cr alloy is higher than that of fe-Cr aluminum alloy;

No magnetism;

(5) In addition to sulfur atmosphere, a better corrosion resistance.

Disadvantages: electric furnace wire is the most widely used, the largest amount of heating material. Its disadvantage is that it is in a very high temperature under the working state (red-hot state), and is prone to oxidation reaction and burnout in the air. From the aspect of electric heat energy conversion, part of visible light is caused by energy loss. Electric furnace wire is often used in spiral state, when electrification will produce inductive reactance effect.
