Furnace body


Double layer cylinder structure, made of carbon steel.


Equipped with water cooling system to ensure safe contact of the shell.


Heating chamber


Graphite heating element 1300 ℃.


Molybdenum alloy heating element is used at 1300 ℃.


Equipped with high-quality graphite, the center of gravity design ensures the uniformity of temperature heating.


The heat insulation layer is stainless steel frame, and the heat insulation screen is soft carbon felt to ensure the heat insulation performance.


vacuum system


The vacuum degree is required to be 10-1 PA and 10-3 PA.


Equipped with mechanical pump, roots pump and diffusion pump, three-stage vacuum system


Under no-load / dry degassing, the required vacuum degree shall not be reached for more than 50 minutes.


Control system


It is easy to operate and can be operated by one person;


The whole operation can be recorded automatically;
