Introduction to vertical quenching furnace
Jz-v1600x simplifies the operation of the combustion cycle, in which atmospheric conditions can be changed in the operating cycle, from oxidation (e.g. air to inert atmosphere) or from argon/nitrogen to a coarse vacuum.
This type of furnace allows for a multi-atmosphere process in one cycle: the binder burns in the air, and the parts are sintered in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere.
