Nitrogen Making Machine

PSA nitrogen plant system consists of air pressure system, purification system, adsorption system and buffer system.


Air compression system: the air is compressed from the compressor to the rated standard to provide continuous and stable air flow and pressure for the nitrogen generation system.


Purification system: remove water, oil and dust from the compressed air through the cold dryer and filter, so as to provide a clean air source for the future PSA.


Absorption system: there are two absorption towers a and B with special carbon molecular sieve. When the clean compressed air enters the inlet of tower a and flows through the carbon molecular sieve to the outlet, O2, CO2 and H2O are adsorbed, and nitrogen flows out of the outlet of the adsorption tower. After a period of time, the adsorption of carbon molecular sieve in tower a reaches saturation. Then tower a automatically stops adsorption, compressed air flows into Tower B to absorb oxygen and produce nitrogen, and regenerates molecular sieve of tower a.


Buffer system: nitrogen enters buffer tank for buffer storage.
