Electric Resistance Pit Type Nitriding Furnace
Resistance pit nitriding furnace is a circulating heat treatment furnace. For nitriding and carburizing of die, carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, powder metallurgy products and other materials.
Furnace body structure
The furnace is composed of furnace body, sealing system and temperature control device. The furnace body is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, muffle furnace, furnace cover, fan and furnace cover lifting mechanism.
Furnace shell: the furnace shell frame is made of 3mm steel plate and 12 ~ 14 section steel;
Furnace lining: the furnace lining is of composite structure, and the main body is lined with aluminum fiber block;
Heating element: the furnace adopts high-quality 0cr25al5 high-temperature alloy belt as the heating element;
Nitriding furnace box: made of 8mm 321 (1Cr18Ni9Ti) heat-resistant stainless steel, welded;
Furnace cover: the furnace cover is made of A3 30mm steel plate;
Dryer mixing fan: the furnace cover is equipped with mixing fan. The fan impeller is made of 316L steel centrifugal blades.
Upper and lower mechanism of furnace cover: the furnace cover moves up and down through electric studs.
