COOLDO mesh belt conveyor furnace is specially designed for various heat treatment processes such as hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding, bright annealing, tempering, isothermal annealing and stress elimination. The production line is equipped with feeding machine, pre-washing machine, carburizing quenching furnace, post-cleaning machine, tempering furnace, etc.

1). Net belt drive system: the high temperature resistant stainless steel roller is driven by the sprocket wheel to circulate the net belt into the chamber, which can extend the service life of the net belt, reduce the heat loss of the furnace, and improve the thermal efficiency.


2). The furnace is equipped with a fan to ensure uniform temperature and to protect the atmosphere from uniform dispersion, thus improving the carburizing rate and the quality of the workpiece.


3). The rear of the furnace is equipped with an exhaust fan, which can discharge the exhaust gas in time and improve the gloss of the workpiece surface.


4). The bottom of the furnace body is provided with a slag outlet to facilitate the cleaning of slag.


5). The furnace door adopts the new seal design, under the pressure of ≥ 10-100pa, it can save 55-65% of the air consumption, and has a deep permeability, the efficiency is improved 30-40% than before.
