Steel shell furnace body:


A. Furnace body structure is composed of furnace body fixing frame and furnace body. The furnace fixing frame and furnace body adopt the whole frame structure.


B. The tilt of the furnace body is controlled by the hydraulic system, which is realized by lifting two hydraulic cylinders on both sides of the furnace body. The reduction of the furnace body is realized by the pressure generated by the weight of the furnace body.


C. The height and diameter of molten iron in the furnace are higher. Referring to the advanced furnace model abroad, the furnace is determined by computer analysis. With the increase of the slenderness height ratio, the natural power factor increases and the electrical efficiency increases.


Aluminum shell furnace: A.

The aluminum shell furnace body adopts thickened high quality aluminum alloy shell to reduce magnetic leakage and ensure the strength of furnace body;


B. The thick wall induction coil adopted by huaxin adopts T2 standard copper tube, which can provide more smelting energy. The open space between the coils improves electrical efficiency.
