Description:
Fresh air is filtered and heated before entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer. Hot air spirals evenly into the drying chamber. As the liquid material passes through a high-speed centrifugal sprayer at the top of the tower, it spins and sprays into a fine mist of liquid droplets. When in contact with heated air, the raw material can be dried immediately into the final product. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone separator. Waste air is discharged from the blower.
